The Board of Directors’ Reports on the matters listed in the Agenda, pursuant to Art. 125-ter of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 (“TUF”) and the Information Document relating to the "2021-2023 Incentive Plan" of Cellularline S.p.A. drawn up in accordance with art. 84-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/1999, together with the power of attorney forms and information on the share capital amount have also been made available to the public at the Company’s registered office, as well as on the authorized storage mechanism “1INFO” (www.1info.it) and on the Company’s website at www.cellularlinegroup.com.
